There is
something wonderful about being with a female character, confident in who and
how she is, but also knowing she still has some things to figure out! Emmy
was amazing, a great mix of self-assured, sultry, and curiosity. She is
fearless, not reckless; She is caring, not smothering; She is assertive, not
dominant. She is truly on her own for the first time in her life, and
learning things she didn’t realize she wanted to know about herself. Like
most things she does, she forges forward, taking what life gives her, and
bending either it to her will, or her will to it. Cannot wait to see what we
get to see of her in the next book <3
