I always
forget how well the authour does romantic suspense, and this one has darker
elements that made it stand out! There were secrets, and revelations did not
go as planned. A wide array of characters, a dark world, and lots of heat in
varying forms, love this world and this couple <3 |

It took a
bit into the story to figure what couple we were focusing on, and they did
not take the path I expected! This is most definitely dystopian, with all the
loss and worries that come along with it, and while I’m so happy our couple figured
things out, I’m still sad about those we lost |

Love me
some MMF, and this had all the intrigue, action, and steaminess I expected!
There was also a lot of heart, soul, and emotions tying all of that together.
I think the expectation was this series would’ve been continued, though it
seems to stop here |
