I had
listened to Callum a while ago, and you do need to start there for this
series, but I quickly remembered everything I needed to enjoy this story!
Angus and Maggie are both holding secrets, though they either figure them
out, or have them outed, before too long. Instant attractions and knowing the
other is ‘the one’ does not make them happy, but they figure things out in
time <3 |

I liked
this installment well enough, I just thought it went from denying an attraction
to madly in love with each other. The conflict that the previous couples had
to get the stone to the sword didn’t seem to be that evident here |
Fletcher

I really
liked the dynamic and energy between these two! The barriers they had were
internal, and justified. They leapt into things knowing they were holding
back, but when push came to shove, they knew the other person, and gave themselves
over <3 |
Anice
|
I don’t
know why I didn’t expect Anice’s mate to be so different from the others,
though I should have! This was a wonderful conclusion to the series, and as
expected, with Anice being the driving force and only woman, she didn’t
follow quite the same plan as her sibling and cousins. Every loose end is
tied up, and all the family now can experience their HEA’s <3 |
