The ability
of this authour to conjure up bad guys and their motives in frightening good!
This one, these guys, they terrified me on so many levels. And some larger arcing
events that happened, that story is going to be epic when it releases. There
were a couple of plot points in this story that drew me away from it. One was
never explained, one seemed out of character for a protector, and one seemed
out of character for a caring parent. The development of all the
relationships though, that was the shining core of this story. Not the
danger, not the confusing pieces, but how these individuals bonded and became
a loving family <3
