It wasn’t
bad, it was just cheesy. He calls her baby girl with no context from first
meeting her. She has this extremely annoying inner voice and it is hard to
know (I listened to the audiobook) if it is really her saying something or
it. There is no discussion as they dive into bed together and start
practicing BDSM. There is zero chemistry between them. It all played out like
a bad 70’s rom com with trumped up drama and conflict
