  I love this
series and every book feels like coming home, though in this case, home was a
little bit rough! It isn’t even that Dozer and Daisy are likable and easy to
understand, though they are, it is the dynamic between them that kept me
transfixed by their story. They adjust their expectations, their reasoning,
and their thoughts, as they grow together. It isn’t always perfect or how
they started out, but it works for them, and that was their draw. The
development of their relationship parallelled the changes in them personally,
and that always had them turning to each other. They didn’t end up how they
started out, but they found their way, and what worked for them <3
