Ah, these
two, they kept breaking my heart! Rosie because she knows what she should do,
should’ve done, but had very valid reasons for stalling. Ryder because he
should have recognized much sooner than he did why Rosie stood out from the
rest. I also admired Rosie’s backbone, standing up for herself, and her
self-awareness, even though that devasted her at times. Ryder, like all the
Carey men, was a tougher nut to crack, but between his dad taking a swing,
his twin shining a light, when Rosie brought up his hiding, it all came flowing
out. An emotional, heated, sweet, and loving story, about finding your home,
no matter the path that you took to get there <3
