The pain
and angst of this story radiates off the pages! While everything feels
desolate and hopeless, that spark refuses to be extinguished, that with
enough oomph, these troubles can be overcome. Desperate measures aren’t
needed though, and things do eventually come together, with a little help, and
some of the same underhandedness that has been used against them. This was a
most satisfying conclusion that fit our characters and their story so well
