I knew this
was going to end on a cliffhanger, but I was completely unprepared for the
ending that we got! This was wonderful storytelling, uncovering layers while
building the world as we got to know the characters. While so many things
that happened were unexpected, they fit with the unfolding of the events.
Things really picked up pace for the quarter of the book, and I was
completely swept up in everything until that shocking finale. Definitely will
be diving in for more as soon as it is out!
