Well that
was quite the story! These two characters have extreme needs and I loved how
they explored and figured out what worked for them. That was the part of the
story I absolutely loved, the communication and realizations that came from
them interacting with each other. Yes, some of the scenes they had were intense,
but knowing that is what they wanted meant you experienced from their
perspective, and that it fed their desires. Khan and Tempe are strong and confident
in who they are, and how they are, individually, but together, they are their
absolute best self. That was the part that drew me in deep with their story. I
devoured this book in one sitting, I was so wrapped up in it, I couldn’t put
it down! |
