This was my
first book in this series, and I quickly went and got them all! I love this
world, how simple, civilized, and savage it is, all at the same time. But I
really loved these characters, as Spike and Myka open up to each other. The
trust they gain lets them finally let loose all the feelings they have been
hiding almost all their lives. The passion they share, the emotions they
express, and the love that grows, made me want only the best for them, forever
and always <3 |
