There are
bad boys, and then there are creatures like Daniel! He was unashamedly
sadistic, and had no desire to be any other way. Mariah caught his attention
from the start, and while she didn’t seem to fit with him, it soon became apparent
they were well suited. Loved the growth of both characters, the bond they
formed, and the discoveries they made about each other. It was fun to catch
the easter eggs planted in the story, and always great to catch up with characters
from previous books. This story had some ‘eek’ moments, some ‘ugh’ moments,
and some ‘aww’ moments, and it all swirled around our couple finding each
other, finding out about each other, and finding out about themselves to be
together. Their journey together wasn’t easy, but they found the way to make
everything work just for them <3 |
