One of the
things we romance readers love is checking back and following along with
characters we know and love. This series gives us that over and over again, and
this is no exception. Nobody new, just those we already know and love, going further
along in their lives. There are some major changes in this book though, and
some tears were shed because of it. But that is not all that happened, nor
was it an overshadowing gloom, because there was a lot of fun, a lot of,
ahem, action, and a lot of secret moments laid bare for us to be part of with
our beloved characters. This was a book I savoured every line, every word,
every moment, and I didn’t want it to end. But this was complete in the story
arc it provided for us, and while there are more parts to come, this was a
perfect telling of the lives within The Asylum, gold stars all around <3 |
