I am so
happy to have more shifters from Carrie Ann!!! This starts out a new series,
The Aspen Pack, and the is Audrey’s story, the one we knew from that pack.
The pack was decimated under the previous alpha and is re-building. Everyone
is new in their roles, except Audrey, she is still the beta. The big bad,
well, we haven’t met them yet, but we do get to meet their minions, and OMG
SHE WENT THERE!!!! Completely unexpected and a long haul to win this battle
is ensured and I CANNOT WAIT!!! Audrey has all this going on, dealing with survivors’
guilt, and a pesky personal issue she has hidden for the past 30 years comes
to the forefront. As the battles happen, and we get to know our pack, Audrey
and Gavin deal with deep emotions and confusing feelings. They have the steam
but can they find the love. In case you didn’t get it from all the exclamation
points and caps letters, I am very excited about this book and what more is
to come!!! |
