This was a
great start to the new Wilder Brothers series! Be prepared, there are a lot
of “E” names for the brothers, but you easily get to know their personalities
and can tell them apart. Eli and Alexis made a connection a couple of years
ago but the timing was wrong. Now she is at rock bottom and he is trying to
hold it all together as things improve for his family. They connect again but
she is little leery based on her recent previous experiences. She decides to
give it a try and it is as explosive as they thought it would be. She still
has some hurdles, he still has to learn to let go. Things should be simple
but there are factors at play for both of them that they need to work
through. In the end, their love brings them through it all, and they get the
HEA that they deserve <3 We get
elements of found family as well as blood ties. We have a weird neighbour
family that may or may not be a problem. We have a winery and an endless supply
for wine nights. We have ex’s and employees for future storylines. We have
trauma and pain that come from serving in the military. We have familial
bonds that are strong and tight. We are off to a great start with six more
stories to come, and already, some characters on the side that look interesting
