There was
simply so much to love about Fiona and Cookie! They both are so strong and caring,
sweet and loving, empathetic and sympathetic. Life has not been easy for her,
and he wants to do everything to make sure she heals, from her ordeal, from
any problems, from her demons. She just doesn’t want to be any problem for
him, or anyone else. This book deals with some heavy subjects, not just what
happened to Fiona, but the aftermath from that. It is done in a factual way
that still allows you to feel the pain, and hurt, and anguish, and determination
of the characters. Fiona and Cookie get their HEA, a well deserved happiness
after a hard fought battle <3 |
