There were
a lot of really good BDSM scenes in this story! The connection between the
two characters was so evident when they were together in a M/s situation, it
was such a contrast to how they interacted outside of those scenes. They had
a history and definitely had feelings for each other, but she ends up in her
head entirely too much, too frequently, to see what is happening right now,
in her present. He sees this and keeps trying to pull her out, and while he
succeeds, she goes right back in, and he has to pull her out again. Even when
it all seems settles, she can’t help but revert when something happens.
Finally, finally, they both are on the same page in all aspects of their
lives and ready to live out their HEA |
