This was a wonderfully festive, kinky, menage, holiday treat! The four characters the story focus on start out in one place, one frame of mind, but by the end, you see how much they have grown and how stronger they are together. The catalyst for this is Kelsey, as our trio of men are already close friends and have strong bonds. Kelsey adds the ‘oomph’ in completing parts that they didn’t realize have been missing. From the start, James changes his mind on the arrangement almost immediately. Fabio was in from the beginning, but quickly changed to being all in once meeting and spending time with Kelsey. Eunice had the most growth of the trio, but even he realized Kelsey wasn’t what he thought and his mind started to change from the first time he met her

Kelsey herself grows in leaps and bounds as the story progresses. Her connections to the men unleash many of her hidden powers, as well as her own needs. Freed from total domination, Kelsey is able to really start new, combining her old self with her new self, and finally being able to be her complete self. She really does start a new life and learns how to blend and find her place on her own terms

Many of our paranormal, and not paranormal, friends are active in the story or mentioned. The quartet work at Drake, so Aaron and Nathan play prominent roles in our characters story. Marco is Kelsey’s new Master Vampire, and he brings a few new people into the story. Others are mentioned in explanation of past and current events that affected the lives of the characters in some ways. In all, this story had great character development, amazingly kinky bedroom antics, and a bond that resonated over the pages and into your heart
