I’ve never read about two people who were such complete opposites yet fell completely at ease with other as they explored their sexuality. Paget was straightforward, live in the moment, full speed ahead, and a Domme. Stephen is methodical, a planner, reserved, and once pointed out to him, a sub. These two turned the tables on me a few times with their emotions and their actions. It is easy to guess who overthinks their emotions, which is never a good thing. It is always easy to guess who leads with their heart, and doesn’t stop to think. The one thing that was steady through it all was the BDSM. Paget has been practicing as a Domme and found her place pretty quickly. Stephen embraced his submission when he realized how satisfying it was to him. Even here, as in sync as they were, they managed to scramble things. It wasn’t an easy or straightforward path getting these two to their HEA, but I couldn’t stop rooting for them, even when all seemed lost. Thank goddess one started to feel and the other started to think, because once that happened, they were magical!
