Cristina
and Damian were linked by an event neither of them had any control over and
both still wear the scars from. It doesn’t matter, because they are the two
that need to play out the conclusion, whether they want to or not. While they
both feel they can hang on to some control, neither can control the
attraction and reaction to the other and the heat that flares between them.
As the story unfolds and the monsters become real, a fragile trust begins to
grow between them. Is it a case of the devil you know or the start of
something more? The characters and the story kept me guessing and engrossed,
and this was a one-sitting read, and I can’t wait for the conclusion! |
