How can my
heart break and still be full of happiness? Joe and Morgan have a lot to
figure out in this book, and while they are tentatively taking steps, it
still doesn’t feel settled. What is settled is the original Power Tools crew
is back! This felt like a homecoming, with all the sexiness and emotional
ties we’ve come to expect. A little older, a little wiser, but still just as
wild, they know how to connect and get things, um, done, in a spectacular
group effort fashion. All together, as a crew, and as a special day for one
of them, nothing is missing in our combinations. Beneath it all, the feelings
they have for each other are clear, and your heartstrings are tugged and
plucked as they figure out what comes next. Of course, we get a few glimpses
of both the Hot Rods and Hot Rides, as they play an important part in the
story as well. I loved connecting with the crew again, and even though they
made me cry sometimes, being with them again was awesome! |
