Des and
Winnie were perfect for each other! They both had a hard and traumatic
childhood, and they both have moved forward from it. Des is further along than
Winnie, but, because they recognize themselves in the other, they share, and
they talk about it, and they grow closer because of it. The fear of intimacy
for both of them is strong, they hadn’t had any good role models on what that
should look like. They learn together, they learn to trust, they learn to
give, they learn to care, and finally, they learn to love. They learn to love
the other, but more importantly, they learn to love themselves and those who
love them. Like I said, Des and Winnie were perfect for each other and I
loved them for it <3 |
