The Thornton Brothers Collection by Carolyn Faulkner releasing May 28, 2020

3 stars

The stories were okay, nothing bad about them. Three short novellas about three brothers who are old fashioned spankers and the women they fall for. All have us in the present and then flash back to what happened to be here. All have some sort of strife caused by the male not communicating, and then are resolved when they demand the woman forgive them. Good reads to pass some time
AJ’s Hope
3 stars
AJ was so sure about everything in his life concerning Hope that he kind of forget to let her in on it. His assumptions that she knew exactly how and why he did things didn’t quite work out for him, but Hope was smart enough to realize they belonged together and gave him a chance to make things right!
Beau’s Desire
3 ½ stars
Beau and Heather had been on pause until they weren’t. The majority of the book is their first date, as they get to really know each other, out and in the bedroom. After dating a few months, and everything going well, a surprise in the impetus needed to get them together for their HEA

Cade’s Wish
3 stars
We start with the break-up of Cade and Gabby and end up with them kind of back together? The book is the flashback of how they ended up together, and then we end up in the present. He has grovelled and decided they just keep on going as they were before their breakup. The book ends, not really any resolution to the underlying story, or, what their HEA is going to look like
