This is,
this was, an amazing story of hope when there should be despair, perseverance
instead of giving up; Self-reliance in the face of subservience. Jane may
seem plain, and is plain, but her whole life has prepared her to rely on
herself, and that trait keeps her sane and motivated when she is thrust into
a no-win situation. Her epilogue is one of the most rewarding things that you
can ever read!
