“The great
purpose of life is love.”
This story,
it felt more like poetry than prose. The words, the images they invoked, the
feelings that were emoted, it wrapped and wove around you in an almost
lyrical way. The joy, the pain, brutality, and soothing, the lives of the characters
were rich with all of it, and they made fought for it all, through it all. The
imperfections were celebrated, the purpose of living was realized, and the strength
of character was tested, and passed, again and again. This book, this story,
these people, wow, just wow, I was enthralled and invested, and loved every
second while reading their journey!
