While I
really enjoyed Dallas’ and Jamie’s love story, it seemed repetitive in her
concerns, and his actions. At about 40% in, I realized the story was done,
what more was there? There was some more story to tell, but Dallas and Jamie
seemed to be on rinse and repeat. Neither was clear with the other, the same
things kept coming up, even though they had been laid to rest already, and
they both kept acting the same way. They had heat though, and while it wasn’t
as hot and bright as I would have liked, it was the one thing that was
changing
This is a
story about a typical OTT male who has lusted after his neighbour but was
waiting until she could be his sole focus. She is completely in love with
him, ridiculously naive, and unaware of his interest. Kinda judgy too of him.
Both have fiery tempers, and clash all the time. They were fun to watch, and
it was an easy read
